  1. How long is the reservation time slot for?
    1. The reservation time slots are for two hours only.
  2. What if I want to extend my reservation time?
    1. Typically time slots are not extended due to our strict reservation time frame because someone else may have likely booked the table before or after a given time slot. Extensions may be negotiated on a case by case basis in a timely manner.
  3. Is there a minimum or maximum amount of guests for a reservation?
    1. The maximum amount of guests for a single reservation is 40. The minimum amount of guests required to make a reservation is 4.
  4. Do all of my guests have to arrive at the same time?
    1. We allow guests a grace period of 30 minutes to arrive after your arrival. If all of your guests have not arrived, we may have to adjust your seating to accommodate other guests.
  5. Does the reservation require any minimum purchase amount?
    1. Our reservations are completely free. There is no booking fee or minimum amount required to spend. We simply ask that you come in and enjoy yourself. (*There are exceptions on certain weekends. You will be informed by the booking manager if your reservation falls during one of these times.)
  6. What if I am running late for my reservation?
    1. You must arrive for your party no later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. We understand extreme circumstances and may accommodate if contacted in a timely manner.
  7. Can checks be split or is it one single check only?
    1. Parties may split checks individually if necessary. No single check for an entire party is required, however, shared items such as hookah or bottle service may only be split 4 ways.   
  8. What comes with my reservation?
    1. For parties of 10 or more ONLY, CRU will gift a complimentary bottle of champagne OR complimentary hookah. All parties must be present at the scheduled time of seating to receive bottle. 
  9. Is there a dress code?
    1. We do not have a dress code at CRU.
  10. What are the hours of operation?
    1. The hours of operation vary per location.
  11. What is the age requirement?
    1. Cru is a 21 and older lounge.
  12. Can you smoke inside of Cru?
    1. Only HOOKAH related items are allowed to be smoked in CRU. We do not allow cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, etc. in our facility.
  13. How many people can share a hookah?
    1. For best results, we recommend the maximum of 4 guests per hookah.
  14. Is gratuity added to orders?
    1. Yes, 18% gratuity is automatically added. This charge, however, can be removed should you be unsatisfied with your service. Nevertheless, for parties of 6 or more, the gratuity charge is mandatory. Additionally, on “free hookah Mondays”, you will not be charged for hookah, however 18% of the original hookah price is mandatory as a hookah service fee. There is also a 20% service charge for bottle service. Please feel free to speak with a manager if you have questions about any of the statements above.
